NekoDrive projects moving to .net 4.0

All the NekoDrive projects are now using .net 4.0. Soon I will start the development for NFS 4.1 support and refactor the API.

    Hello. thanks for your work. I trying NekoDrive now and found it pretty much stable, but, unfortunately, slow. I gets only 8mb per second while on proprietary clients like nfsclientpro a can get 20-40mb per second. Can NekoDrive be little faster?
